I founded Dynamic Wellness Studio after my own health journey—living with a chronic illness and undergoing brain surgery, and turning that pain into purpose. As an athlete for most of my life, I’ve learned the value of pushing through hard things.
With years of experience working with NFL, collegiate, and high school athletes, I’ve also had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including pregnant women, breast cancer survivors, and those recovering from surgery. I’m passionate about helping people with injuries and chronic pain, using a variety of techniques like stretching, cupping, IASTM, and more.
At Dynamic Wellness, our mission is simple: empower others to take control of their health, overcome challenges, and find their inner strength. We’re here to help you move pain-free and feel your best, whether you’re an athlete or simply looking for relief from everyday aches.

Jay is a Granville native, now calling Newark home. A CSMM graduate and licensed for the past four years, he’s no stranger to change and growth. As a former athlete, fitness instructor, fire performer, and bass guitarist, Jay believes that doing a little bit of everything is the key to living a well-rounded life.
When it comes to massage, Jay’s all about blending different techniques to meet his clients’ needs. Whether it’s Trigger Point Therapy, PNF stretching, or Traeger Therapy, he’s comfortable using a mix of therapeutic approaches to help people feel their best. His sessions can include stretch therapy on both the mat and the table—whatever gets the job done.
For Jay, taking care of yourself isn’t just about the physical—it’s about having the right mindset and a clear purpose. He’s passionate about helping others discover that same balance.

With over a decade of experience, Jenny isn’t just focused on massage—she’s passionate about helping you find the perfect balance between relaxation and rejuvenation.
Specializing in techniques like manual lymphatic drainage and cupping, Jenny customizes each session to meet your body’s unique needs. Her goal is simple: to help you feel your best in a way that’s tailored just for you.
Outside of work, Jenny brings her love for holistic living into everyday life. Gardening is her meditation, and you’ll often find her exploring nature trails, capturing photos, or paddling along the water in her canoe.
Jenny’s approach to wellness is down-to-earth and genuine. She believes in the power of holistic practices to enhance both body and mind. Whether you’re looking for stress relief, deeper relaxation, or an overall wellness reset, Jenny is here to guide you on that journey.

Coach
My passion for coaching began when I saw how many people could benefit from mastering the basics of strength training and adding small habits to their daily routine that are often overlooked. With my background in football and wrestling at the collegiate level and a professional ranking in powerlifting after serving as a Marine, I understand the importance of physical fitness and strength. I strongly believe that movement is medicine, and that everyone can benefit from incorporating strength training into their lifestyle.

Hi I'm Britanny and I love to help people slow down and connect with themselves. You'll experience in my classes a style of yoga that is slow in pace, includes gentle movements with moments of guided stillness. Each class is strategically designed to help your nervous system, moment by moment. The goal is yo gently guide you back to a sense of you. A sense of wholeness. A sense of home within yourself.
I'm a certified yoga teacher (200hrs) through Heart & Bones Yoga studio where mobility and making yoga a practice anyone can do is front and center. I've completed 108hrs of restorative yoga teacher training with Jillian Pransky where guiding people to a sense of wholeness, through thoughtfully curated classes, is front and center. All are welcome in my classes, no experience required.
